MSW Mavericks Look to PH Open for New Players

Finalists in Season 1 of the Sharks Billiards Association (SBA) billiards league, MSW Mavericks, will be paying close attention to this week's PH Open to identify three new talents to join the team for their Season 2 league challenge which starts June 2, 2025.

According to Team Manager Reynato Roallos Jr., the Mavericks will retain 2 players from Season 1, but are looking for 3 emerging talents to compliment the team on its Championship bid for Season 2 of the Billiards League.

"It's about getting the right player mix for this new season and for the future", commented Roallos. "Obviously, we want to win the Championship title this time around but we are also committed to supporting the objectives of the SBA and team sponsors Megasportsworld (MSW): Building the local following for Billiards - the sport; fostering and developing emerging young players and hopefully help players achieve a standard where they can compete successfully at an International level".
